Since 2008, Açıl Sezen has worked as an anchor on Habertürk and Bloomberg HT channels within the Ciner Media Group. In addition to her programs on Bloomberg HT television, she also serves as the General Editor of Bloomberg HT Radio. Prior to this, she worked as the Economics Editor at Vatan Newspaper and for many years as a journalist and manager in the fields of economics and finance at Doğuş Media Group and Sabah newspaper. She also served as a managing partner at Gazeteport and The Lira, news and finance websites within Sem Dijital, an online publishing company. Açıl Sezen completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Communication and is currently pursuing her doctorate at the same university.
