Dr. Eylem Derya Özgür graduated from Istanbul Technical University's Department of Industrial Engineering. She completed her master's degree in Human Resources at Istanbul University and received her doctorate from the same university's Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. She began her professional career in 1999 as a Total Quality Specialist at Aselsan. That same year, she joined the Eczacıbaşı Group as an Assistant Human Resources Specialist within the Holding. Between 2005 and 2019, she held Human Resources leadership positions at Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products, and from 2016 to 2018, she also served as the Group's Supply Chain Director. From 2021 to August 2025, Dr. Özgür served as the Head of Human Resources Group at Eczacıbaşı Group. Since August 2025, she has been working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ülker. Dr. Özgür, a member of PERYÖN since 2010 and a member of the PERYÖN Board of Directors from 2021 to 2025, assumed the role of Chairman of the 28th Board of Directors in 2025.
