Feride Düzduran Gündüz, a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Communication, worked as an editor and researcher at Doğan Publishing during her university years. She began her professional career at Turkcell in 1998. Following her role in customer relations, from 2000 to 2019 she held leadership roles in Human Resources, focusing on areas such as culture transformation, employer branding, organizational and talent management, strategic HR, and digitalization projects. She contributed to the transformation of working life by implementing pioneering and innovative practices in Turkey.

Feride Düzduran Gündüz, who continues her work in the fields of corporate transformation, inclusivity, and the future of work at Pluxee Turkey, holds a co-active coaching certificate. She volunteers as a mentor to young people and women entrepreneurs. Gündüz, who is the Deputy General Manager of HR and a member of the Executive Board at Pluxee Turkey, is also a member of the Peryön Audit Committee and a mentee of the 6th term of Women on Boards. She is married and has two daughters.
