Nuray Ur is a People and Culture leader with many years of experience in the field. Throughout her career, she has held and led roles in training and development, organizational transformation, culture and employee experience, leadership development, performance management, talent management, and compensation at companies of varying sizes and sectors, including Turkcell Global Bilgi, Teleperformance, and Hepsiburada. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at MultiSport Turkey, Nuray Ur is responsible for developing and implementing the company's people and culture strategy for its growth journey. She focuses particularly on strengthening employee engagement, developing a leadership culture, structuring performance and talent systems, and organizational development. She sees creating sustainable and strong corporate cultures that align people with business results as a fundamental responsibility of the People and Culture function.
