Born in Çarşamba district of Samsun in 1975, he completed his secondary and high school education in Samsun before studying Industrial Electronics at Cumhuriyet University. After completing his undergraduate studies in Business Administration, he further strengthened his academic career by obtaining a master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety. Since 2000, he has been actively working in the fields of education, consulting, and management. He holds international trainer certifications in Human Resources Management, Labor and Social Security Law, Personnel Management, Internal Audit Systems, NLP Leadership, and Personal Development. Since 2013, he has served as an Expert Witness in Labor and Social Security Law in courts; he also provides training and seminars at universities, chambers of industry and commerce, and various professional organizations. He specializes particularly in structuring human resources processes, applied payroll management, labor law practices, and corporate governance. Combining his academic background, field experience, and management expertise, he offers strategic consulting to organizations and stands out in the business world today as an educator, consultant, expert, and manager. Mehmet Koçak serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for seven group companies operating in the service sector within the Mehmet Koçak Group; he continues to add value to the business world with his people-oriented management approach, sustainable growth vision, and institutionalization efforts.
