Nazire Ulusoy is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University's Department of Industrial Engineering. She began her professional career in human resources, holding management positions in human resources, organizational development, and quality management in various sectors during her early years. Joining the IC Group in 2003, Nazire Ulusoy, after undertaking various responsibilities in Human Resources and Quality Management, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources & Culture at IC Holding. With approximately 18 years of senior-level Human Resources leadership experience, Ulusoy has led the Human Resources & Culture strategies of IC Holding and its Group Companies for the past six years. Her responsibilities include managing projects related to organizational transformation, digital human resources systems, employee experience, leadership development, performance and talent management, employer branding, corporate culture, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, well-being, and corporate transformation. Under her leadership, IC Holding has implemented numerous innovative applications through its digital human resources & culture transformation, including the IC Agenda platform, IC Academy, IC Operations Academy, IC Career, IC Synergy, and IC Our Voice. In addition, she has led numerous strategic Human & Culture projects that strengthen employee experience, such as the Re/Flex work model, the Start at 10 leave application, IC Flexy, IC Prive, IC Good Life Movement, IC Happiness Movement, and IC Generation.
As one of the architects of the DENK Project, which focuses on gender equality, Ulusoy has spearheaded significant transformation initiatives such as WEPs signing, the BADV Project, membership in the 30% Club, and the Women in Business Equality Certificate.
She gives speeches on the future of work, digital human & culture transformation, leadership, employee experience, and sustainable and inclusive corporate culture on national and international platforms; and shares best practice examples from the business world.
With her employee-focused, data-driven, and culture-centered management approach, she continues to lead the strategic transformation of the Human & Culture function at IC Holding.
