Yavuz Elkin began his career in 1993 as an assistant inspector at Yapı Kredi Bank; following his role as Commercial Marketing Director at Dışbank, he held senior responsibilities in commercial banking, training, and human resources at DenizBank. From 2014 to 2026, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources (CHRO) at DenizBank. During this period, he approached human resources with a holistic vision that shaped the organization's strategy, culture, and learning architecture. Today, at Elkin Consultancy, which he co-founded, he offers this expertise to organizations.
