After graduating from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2002, she worked as a lawyer at White&Case Istanbul until 2007. She received her master's degree from Columbia University Law School in 2005. She joined Koç Holding A.Ş. in 2007 as Legal Counsel, becoming Assistant Chief Legal Counsel in 2019. Since 2021, she has served as Assistant Chief Legal and Compliance Counsel.
