Şennur Kuru began her career in the banking sector in 1999 and held positions in Human Resources Departments at Yıldız Holding, Sabancı Holding, and Enerjisa.

Following her roles as Director of Organizational Development at Avea and Group Human Resources Director at Sabancı Holding, she assumed the position of Director of Human Resources Business Partnership at Türk Telekom.

As of November 2017, Şennur Kuru assumed the role of Deputy Head of Human Resources at Kibar Holding. She completed her undergraduate studies in Business Engineering at Istanbul Technical University (İTÜ).
