Naila Mammadova has held regional and local leadership positions in global and multinational companies operating in the telecommunications, retail, fast-moving consumer goods, and energy sectors throughout her career spanning over 25 years. Joining SOCAR Türkiye in 2018, Mammadova serves as the Head of Human Resources and Corporate Services. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives supporting the company's growth objectives in areas such as people, culture, and organizational strategies, as well as corporate services, safety, quality, and sustainable corporate transformation. Naila Mammadova also serves on the boards of directors of SOCAR Shipping Agency, SOCAR Petroleum Trading, and SOCAR Electricity and Natural Gas Investment Holding. In addition to her professional career, she contributes to the development of individuals and organizations as a leadership trainer, professional coach, and mentor; sharing her knowledge and experience in leadership, corporate transformation, and personal development.
