A graduate of Boğaziçi University's Psychology department, she is an Organizational Psychologist and a Stanford d.school Design Thinking Coach. She led corporate social responsibility and training projects at Türkiye İş Bankası; and organizational development, talent management, employee experience, and the future of work at Korn Ferry Hay Group, SOCAR Türkiye, and Koç Holding. Today, as the Founding Partner & CEO of Senswise, she focuses on transforming employee experience into real-time insights and action by combining behavioral science and artificial intelligence. She previously served as the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Community Volunteers Foundation and is currently a member of its Board of Trustees.
