Throughout a professional career spanning nearly 30 years, Özgür Yeşilyurt Yüngül has held roles in organizational transformation, human resources, customer experience, process management, and digitalization. Following her experiences at Logo Yazılım and Quattro Management Consulting, she assumed various executive positions at Multinet Up, serving as the Executive Vice President of Customer Experience from 2018 to 2022. She has led numerous transformation and organizational development projects across Turkey, the Middle East, and the Turkic Republics. Focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence on people, organizations, and leadership, Yüngül is a mentee in the fifth cohort of the Women on Board Turkey program. She currently serves as the Executive Board Member responsible for Transformation at Gürmen Group and as a Board Member at Temiz.co.
