Elçin Akçadağ Tosun

With over 19 years of experience across various sectors—most notably energy and fuel, as well as FMCG and retail—Elçin Akçadağ Tosun has held mid- and senior-level HR leadership roles in diverse organizations throughout her career, ranging from companies representing different countries and cultures to joint ventures and large-scale conglomerates.
Since 2022, Akçadağ Tosun has served as the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs (CHRO) at Aytemiz Fuel Distribution and Petroleum; in this capacity, she leads initiatives regarding people and organizational strategy, employer branding, talent and performance management, rewards, training and development, employee experience, digital and organizational transformation, and administrative processes. Prior to this, she held various HR leadership positions at Enerjisa, where she worked for many years.
Earlier in her career, she undertook various responsibilities in the retail and FMCG sectors while working at Real Hypermarket Chain (Metro Group) and Kimberly-Clark.
Viewing talent development as a vital part of her professional journey, Akçadağ Tosun serves as a volunteer mentor in various internal and external development programs, providing mentorship support to professionals from diverse companies.
Akçadağ Tosun holds a bachelor’s degree in French Business Administration from Galatasaray University and a master’s degree in Applied Research and Transformation from Sabancı University; she is also a graduate of the Gestalt Coaching School. She possesses internationally recognized accreditations in Strategic Human Resources Management, specifically the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – ​​Senior Certified Professional) and SPHRi (HR Certification Institute – Senior Professional in Human Resources International). As a member of the PERYÖN Ethics Committee, Akçadağ Tosun aims to contribute to ethics, transparency, sustainability, and professional development in the field of people management; she actively participates in initiatives that foster the sharing of knowledge and experience, as well as mutual learning among professionals from diverse generations and organizations.
She is married and a mother of one; she enjoys spending time in nature, outdoor walking, and discovering new cultures.
