ONO Founder
Tunç Erman, a graduate of Physics Engineering, has spent the last 20 years in the international recruitment market. He has managed multinational recruitment projects in countries such as Turkey, the UK, the US, Germany, Italy, Azerbaijan, Egypt, and the UAE. Before Ono, he founded and managed two headhunting companies, one in Turkey and the other in London. He has made over 5,000 hires and personally conducted over 20,000 interviews for leading companies in the sector. He holds four international certifications in Assessment Center practices.
In 2021, he founded the Ono Artificial Intelligence-Based Recruitment and Human Resources Platform, where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board.
Ono operates in 8 countries and 20 different languages. Focusing on talent attraction, retention, and development processes through AI, Ono makes companies' human resources operations more efficient, faster, and fairer.
