Born in Istanbul in 1971, Eda Uluca Özcan graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Boğaziçi University after graduating from Austrian High School.

She began her career at the Koç Group and continued at SAP, Oracle, Turkcell, and Microsoft, leading numerous change, transformation, and development projects.

Since September 2018, Eda Uluca Özcan has served as Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo Advantage and Reward Services. She also assumed the Board of Directors in 2021, leading Sodexo's corporate transformation. As of 2023, she has led the transformation of Sodexo Advantage and Reward into Pluxee, the employee experience brand. She continues to serve as CEO of Pluxee Türkiye.
