After graduating with honors from Istanbul Technical University's Department of Management Engineering in 1997, Nazire Ulusoy began her career in Human Resources at Ata Yatırım Menkul Değerler. Three years later, she served as Human Resources and Quality Director at IC Hotels Group. Following six years of experience at IC Hotels Group, she moved to CCN Group as Director of Corporate Development and Human Resources. Having served as Head of People and Culture at IC Holding & Group Companies for the last 6.5 years, Nazire Ulusoy pioneered numerous practices that supported corporate resilience during IC Holding's centralization and cultural transformation. She strengthened employee experience, talent management, and employer branding processes through exemplary projects such as the IC Happiness Operation, the IC Good Life Operation, Re/flex Working Order, Start from 10, IC Flexy, and IC Prive. She also led the digital transformation of the group's human resources processes through the IC Academy, IC Agenda, IC Career, IC Synergy, and IC Voice.
