Serhan Kuseyrioğlu, a Senior Executive, Leadership, and Team Coach, is also one of CTI's international trainers.

After graduating from Istanbul University's Faculty of Dentistry, Serhan Kuseyrioğlu received his Orthodontics degree from Columbia University and his MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. After returning to Turkey, he worked in various marketing and sales positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout his professional career, he participated in various coaching, leadership, and personal development programs to develop his professional management and leadership skills. He subsequently left his professional management career and, together with his partners, founded Elemental Value, a company specializing in measurement, evaluation, and development programs. In addition to his Co-Active Coaching and Leadership training, Serhan Kuseyrioğlu has received training in various programs worldwide, including NLP, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Council Guide Training, Strozzi Somatic Embodied Leadership, Immunity to Change, the Optimum Balance Model, Adler, Gestalt, TCI, and ORSC. He has experienced the contribution of all these models to individual development in his work. Currently, Kuseyrioğlu is the Managing Partner of Elemental Value, the Turkish representative of CTI, and works on the development of leadership competencies by designing development programs for organizations. As one of CTI's global trainers, he teaches in ICF-accredited Co-Active Coaching programs in Turkey and abroad, working to spread the Co-Active skills he believes are crucial for a better life.
