He served as Director of Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Marketing at Deloitte Türkiye, and as an Advisor to the Board of Directors of Family Businesses. He continues his career in this field independently. He shares his knowledge and experience with corporate boards of directors. He holds professional licenses, licenses, and certifications.
He has 49 years of practical and senior management experience in internal audit and information systems auditing, total quality management, human resources, training, and communications in finance and various industrial organizations. He has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee on Boards of Directors and has held senior management positions in human resources, training, and communications.

He is the founder of the Turkish Institute of Internal Auditing and pioneered the establishment of a professional organization for internal auditing in Turkey, the implementation and widespread adoption of International Internal Auditing Standards in Turkey, and the launch of an international certified internal audit program and examination. He served on the Board of Directors of the ECIIA (European Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditing).
He holds a bachelor's degree from Istanbul University's Faculty of Business Administration and a master's degree from Istanbul University's Institute of Social Sciences.
He is a lecturer at the TİDE Internal Audit Seminars at Marmara, Galatasaray, Yeditepe, Bahçeşehir, Istanbul, and Anadolu Universities.
He teaches seminars on "Futures of Knowledge" at Bahçeşehir University and Futurist Academy.
He has written numerous articles and articles, training and seminars, and is an editor, author, and contributor to books and publications on Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Board of Directors and Audit Committee, Family Businesses, and Futures of Knowledge.

He is the Chairman of the TÜRMOB (Turkish Industrialists' Association) Workplaces Service and Quality Monitoring Board. He is a Board Member of the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey and the Futurists Association. He is a member of the Audit Board of the SEDEFED (Federation of Sectoral Associations), and the Chairman of the Audit Board of the Darüşşafaka Society.

He was selected as the "2007 Businessperson of the Year" by Dünya Newspaper and the Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration.

He received the Rotary Professional Outstanding Service Award in 2012, the Turkish Internal Auditing Institute Awareness Award in 2013, and the TURCOMONEY Magazine Special Award in 2018.

2021 - Awarded by the Istanbul Environmental Council for his work on environmental, natural, and historical protection.
