Melih Can Kocabaş completed his high school education at Saint Michel French High School in 2015 and his undergraduate education at the University of British Columbia. Throughout his education, he has combined an international perspective with a disciplined work culture.

Since 2020, Kocabaş has worked in various areas within SOA Toplu Yemek, including production, operations, logistics, and service management. He established the Strategy and Business Development Department in 2022, initiating the company's transformation into a data-driven and more scalable structure.

Currently, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Melih Can Kocabaş leads projects focused on digitalization and plays an active role in the company's growth strategies.
