Serkan Kamil Aktaş has a well-established career in business administration and is a leading figure in technology-driven startups. After completing his business administration degree at Anadolu University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2002, he pursued his master's degree in management and organization at Gazi University. Aktaş began his career as a chain restaurant director and quickly entered the business world after completing his military service in 2003.

He held key positions at various software companies, developing his skills in sales and business development, and attained a respected position in the industry. In 2010, he founded Teknotek Software and Teknik Kimya, achieving significant success in the public and private sectors and experiencing the entrepreneurial spirit at its peak.

Aktaş experienced a turning point in his career at MechSoft, where he began as a Sales Manager and assumed critical roles in business solutions, contributing significantly to the company's growth. During his tenure as Sales Director, he expanded MechSoft's customer portfolio and solidified the company's leading position in the sector. Aktaş successfully managed the digitalization projects of business processes in more than 400 enterprises at MechSoft and made significant contributions to strategic decision-making processes as a Member of the company's Executive Board since 2023.
