Melis graduated from Marmara University's Faculty of Communication in 2002 and completed her master's degree at Istanbul University's Faculty of Communication, writing a thesis on Gender. She began her career in the media sector in 2002 and gained experience in marketing before moving on to work at TSKB in 2008. Over the years, she has held various roles in Corporate Communications, Talent Management, and Human Resources. Since January 2024, she has been the Human Resources and Corporate Communications Director, managing various projects and teams. She continues to work specifically on change management, organizational development, corporate culture, and intergenerational communication. Melis, an ICF Accredited Professional Coach, is passionate about running, participating in international marathons, and has a son named Can. She is a curious student who loves to explore and learn constantly.
