Feyza Narlı graduated from Istanbul University's Department of Industrial Engineering and completed her master's degree in Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.

Her career path began with a career in technology consulting at Oracle, and she held group management and director roles at İnnova Bilişim Çözümleri and Accenture, leading business development, strategy, and consulting teams for solutions encompassing various aspects of Corporate and Digital Transformation in Turkey and Italy. Most recently, she served as the Country Leader for Digital and CX solutions at Oracle Türkiye. In 2018, she joined ManpowerGroup Turkey as General Manager, a new-generation business solutions company offering temporary and permanent staffing and human resources consulting solutions in 75 countries worldwide. She currently serves as General Manager of ManpowerGroup Turkey. ManpowerGroup Turkey comprises the Manpower, Manpower Business Professionals, and Manpower IT brands.

Feyza Narlı, who is actively involved in civil society organizations, is a member of the Board of Directors of the YenidenBiz Association, which supports the reemployment of women who have graduated from university or associate degrees and have taken a break from their careers in Turkey. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the ITU Alumni Association, a Founder and Ethics Committee Member of the Women in Technology Association, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Young Success Education Foundation, which supports the entrepreneurial spirit of young people and aims to build bridges between the business world and young people.

Narlı is also a member of the International Women's Forum (IWF), the Arya Women's Investment Platform, the Informatics Industrialists' Association (TÜBİSAD), and the Turkish Industrialists' and Businesspeople's Association (TÜSİAD). She has been named one of Turkey's 50 Most Successful Female CEOs for the eighth time.
