Ebru Taşcı Firuzbay began her career as a management trainee at Garanti BBVA, assuming various responsibilities in branches, regional offices, and headquarters. She then joined the Turkish Economy Bank, where she led Business Banking Sales and Strategy Planning within the Retail Banking division. She has held key leadership roles, including Deputy General Manager responsible for Human Resources and Organization and a member of the Executive Board at BNP Paribas Cardif Turkey (2011–2018); Deputy General Manager responsible for Human Resources and a member of the Executive Board at Alternatif Bank (2018–2021); and Director of People and Culture at Metro Turkey and a member of the Board of Directors (2021–2024). As of December 2024, she will be Deputy General Manager responsible for Talent and Culture at Garanti BBVA.

Throughout her career, Ebru Taşcı Firuzbay has led projects such as establishing human resources systems, managing company mergers and transformation processes, and developing corporate culture and digitalization. She served as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of PERYÖN for the 27th term. She is also a mentee of the Women in Boards Association for the 3rd term. She volunteers for projects aimed at strengthening women's representation in business life and on boards.
