Fazıl Oral, with 39+ years of management consulting and executive coaching experience, has impacted thousands of executives in the areas of leadership, strategy, and cultural transformation within senior teams.

In his corporate career, he held management roles at McDonald's, Xerox, and Reuters. He then led transformation programs at Deloitte Turkey as the Director of Learning and General Manager of the Deloitte Leadership Institute. He is currently a Board Member at Ege Endüstri and serves on the Boards of five companies within the OYAK Group.

In academia, he completed Harvard's Strategic Decision Making and Negotiation program and holds a Master's degree in Leadership, Coaching, and Consulting from Middlesex University. He spent 2.5 years in Italy providing strategy consulting and leadership coaching to senior executives.

He taught leadership and strategy to consultants from various countries at Deloitte Corporate University in Belgium.

He taught leadership and conflict management to senior Turkish Armed Forces and NATO officers at military academies for 15 years.

He teaches Strategy and Organization at the IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School and the Executive MBA program at BMI Istanbul.
