Sevilay Pezek Yangın is a Global HR Leader with more than 20 years of experience driving cultural transformation, leadership development, and organizational change in multinational environments. She currently serves as HR Director at Medtronic, responsible for Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Central Asia, and distributor markets, where she aligns people and culture strategies with business goals to build agile, high-performing organizations.

Previously, she held regional leadership roles at Merck Group as Talent & Leadership CoE Leader and EMEA Talent Consultant, shaping talent and leadership strategies across multiple countries. At Medtronic, her Diversity & Inclusion initiatives were recognized as EMEA Best Practices and awarded the Medtronic Global Excellence Awards.

Sevilay holds a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, as well as an Executive Master's in Change from INSEAD. She is also a certified professional coach with credentials from the Erickson Coaching Academy and the NeuroLeadership Institute. She integrates systems psychodynamic insights and coaching techniques into leadership development.

She is the creator of Spiral Leadership, a framework that redefines leadership in the AI era, centered on EQ, presence, and cultural intelligence.
