Özgür Yeşilyurt Yüngül graduated from Istanbul Technical University's Department of Management Engineering in 1998. He began his career as a systems analyst at Logo Software and served as a project leader until March 2005. He then served as a senior consultant and partner at Quattro Management Consulting, leading numerous national and international projects. He joined Multinet Up in 2016 and served as the CXO of Customer Experience from 2018 to 2022. During this period, he reshaped the company's experience management approach and implemented practices that increased both employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

In his nearly 30 years of professional experience, he has led high-impact projects in areas such as organizational structuring, agile HR transformation, talent management, and process optimization at companies operating in Turkey, the Middle East, and the Turkic Republics. His approach, which considers people, processes, and technology within a strategically integrated framework, has contributed to the sustainable growth and efficiency goals of many organizations.

Yüngül, who holds an Agile HR certification, focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on human resources and organizational development and shares her knowledge in this area on various platforms. She participated as a fifth-term mentee in the Women on Board Turkey program and has been recognized with various national awards for her contributions to employee experience, technology integration, and inclusive leadership.

She currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Gürmen Group and as a Board Member at Networkdry. She continues to bring her expertise in corporate transformation, cultural renewal, and people-centered digitalization to the organizations she leads.
