She completed her undergraduate studies in Business Administration (English) at Marmara University. She then completed the MBA program in Strategic Marketing and Brand Management at Bahçeşehir University. She completed the Global Women Leaders for the World program at Santa Clara University, California.

She completed her doctoral dissertation on New Leadership, Commitment, Culture, and Motivation Models in Digitalizing Enterprises and graduated from the Business Administration Doctorate Program at Istanbul Aydın University in 2020.

She began her professional career at Mercedes-Benz Türk in 2004. Following sales experience in the Light Commercial Vehicles division, she worked in the Dealer Development department and served as Marketing Communications Manager from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, she joined the Human Resources department, most recently serving as Group Manager of Human Resources Workforce Management at Mercedes-Benz. Since November 1, 2021, she has served as Human Resources Director responsible for Renault MAİS, ORFİN, and ORF.

Following her dissertation on new leadership, commitment, culture, and motivation models in digitalizing enterprises, she continues her research and publications in the same field. He is married and has a daughter.
