Sinem Kıranta began her career in 2003 as an Assistant Human Resources Specialist at Eczacıbaşı Bathroom and Kitchen Products. She worked as a Human Resources Specialist at the same organization from 2005 to 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, Kıranta worked at Eczacıbaşı Holding, responsible for information technology projects related to human resources processes for the Eczacıbaşı Group. From 2011 to 2014, she served as a Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Manager at İpek Kağıt.

From 2014 to 2019, Kıranta served as the Human Resources Manager and Organizational Development Manager at Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products, a company operating in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. From 2019 to 2023, she served as the Human Resources Manager and Organizational Development Director at Eczacıbaşı Holding, responsible for employer branding and recruitment processes. She has been working as the Human Resources Director at Sanipak since July 2023.

She completed her undergraduate studies in the English Department of Business Administration at Istanbul University's Faculty of Business Administration in 2001 and her master's degree in Human Resources Management at Marmara University in 2004.
