Since 2013, he has played an active role in shaping the management teams of multinational and international companies operating in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the US. He has led the way in securing the right leaders for numerous senior positions in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Industrial, and Retail sectors, from General Management to Operational and Commercial Management, as well as Finance and Human Resources leadership roles. Through his close collaborations with Turkish conglomerates, he has contributed to the strengthening of these organizations' management teams both locally and globally. He has also played a key role in the development of the local organizations of international companies operating in Turkey.
Before embarking on his professional career, he served for many years as a Board Member of his family's company, overseeing commercial and logistics operations. During this period, the company received private equity investment and was subsequently sold to an international firm.
He holds a degree in Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Koç University.
