Şebnem Aygül worked as a Management Trainee in the Talent Management department at Türkiye İş Bankası (İşbank) between 2004 and 2009. She then assumed various responsibilities, primarily in leadership and talent development, at Turkcell Academy, the Turkcell Group's corporate academy, between 2009 and 2020. Aygül joined Garanti BBVA in 2020 as Development and Talent Management Manager and has served as Director of Talent and Culture Education since 2022. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of ÖRAV/Teacher Academy Foundation, which supports the professional and personal development of teachers and works to protect children's right to access a quality education.
