Hande is an expert with over 20 years of experience in AI-driven business strategies, management consulting, and digital transformation. She has successfully managed more than 350 strategic, operational, and technological transformation projects and has led over 50 projects in the field of business development. As a board member, she has provided strategic consultancy to various companies, enabling them to take strong steps toward the future.

Hande is the founder of Quattro Business Consulting, managing offices in Turkey, London, and Dubai. Additionally, she is the President of WSI’s London office and Managing Partner of the Turkey office of WSI, a global digital marketing and AI strategy firm operating in 750 locations across 82 countries since 1994. She also serves actively on WSI’s AI Leadership Board, offering consultancy on the strategic use of AI in the business world.

Hande is the AI content consultant and writer for Forbes Turkey. As an Advisory Board member at Global Chamber London, she guides companies aiming for international growth. She served as the CEO and Board Member of Galatasaray Sports Club, one of Turkey's leading sports clubs, becoming the first woman to hold both roles.

As a Board Member and Head of the Strategy Committee at the Women on Board Association, Hande plays an active role in initiatives promoting women’s leadership.
