Uğur Yıldırım began his education at Kadıköy Commercial High School and continued at Istanbul University, Anadolu University, and Okan University, where he completed his master’s degree in Business Administration. While pursuing his academic work at the doctoral level, he took his first steps into the world of entrepreneurship.

Starting his career in 1990, Yıldırım gained experience in finance and accounting across various sectors. Following roles in accounting and finance at companies such as Colgate Palmolive and Wendy’s Turkey, he advanced to senior executive positions at Multinet Corporate Services Inc. in 1999, serving as CFO and later CEO.

Since 2015, Yıldırım has been serving as the CEO of Metropal Corporate Services Inc., leading the company’s strategic growth.
