Feride Düzduran Gündüz, a graduate of Marmara University's Faculty of Communication, worked as a proofreader and researcher at Doğan Publishing during her university years. She began her professional career at Turkcell in 1998. Following her role in customer relations, she assumed leadership roles within Human Resources between 2000 and 2019, particularly in cultural transformation, employer branding, organizational and talent management, strategic HR, and digitalization projects. She has contributed to the transformation of the workplace by implementing first-of-its-kind and innovative practices in Turkey.

Feride Düzduran Gündüz, who continues her work at Pluxee Turkey in the areas of corporate transformation, inclusivity, and the future of work, holds a co-active coaching certificate. She volunteers as a mentor to young people and women entrepreneurs. Gündüz, who is the Deputy General Manager of HR and a member of the Executive Board of Pluxee Turkey, is also a member of the Peryön Audit Board and a 6th-term mentee of Women on the Board of Directors. She is married and has two daughters.
