Altuğ Bilsev is an HR professional with over 20 years of experience in human resources. Bilsev began his career in 2002, working in business development, HR recruitment, and career management at Garanti Bank and Fortis Bank. After working in business development, HR recruitment, and career management at Garanti Bank and Fortis Bank, he spent many years managing recruitment, business partnership, and career planning processes in various positions within the Human Resources Group at TEB. During this time, he gained international experience by serving as Human Resources Manager at TEB Sh.A. in Kosovo.
