Dr. Rıza Kadılar, who is the World President of the EMCC Mentoring and Coaching Council, graduated from Ankara Science High School and then from METU Department of Industrial Engineering. He received his master’s degree from Stanford University, an MBA from HEC and Paris, and his doctorate in press economics from the Faculty of Communication at Marmara University. He completed the “Strategic Bank Management” program within INSEAD Executive Education. Throughout his professional career, since 1994, Dr. Kadılar has held senior level positions, including general management, at banks based in Paris, London, Amsterdam, and Istanbul. During this time, he led the establishment of three institutions and the closure of two others, and was also responsible for the merger of subsidiaries in three separate European countries. The author of five published books, Dr. Kadılar has studies on “leadership,” “digital transformation,” “mentoring and coaching,” and “inclusive and agile leadership.” He has also served as an independent board member at several leading institutions. His articles are published in Bloomberg Businessweek Turkey magazine. He is married with one daughter.
