Ümit is Advisory Business Leader of Willis Towers Watson Turkey. Having more than 20 years of field & consulting experience, Ümit has led and managed large scale organizational transformation, talent management and reward programs in multiple industries and countries.

He hasextensive consulting experience in areas of human capital strategy, organizationdesign & effectiveness, performance system design, HR transformation, change management, strategic workforce planning, executive compensationandLTI programs

Prior to joining WTW, Ümit worked as Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry where he led FMCG, Retail, Pharma, E-Commerce, Technology industries in Turkey and Azerbaijan Market. In additionhe oversees Strategic Workforce Planning solutions for Fast GrowingMarkets. Before this experience, Ümit has led the Talent & Organization practice and managed HR transformation and talent development programs at Accenture. He has also HR line experience at Sabancı Holding at earlier stages of his career.

He has a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University and a masters degree in Management from Sabanci University.

Ümit has spent majority of his time managing large scale Organization Design and Talent Management Programmeswhere main focusis understanding and assessing a client’s business operations, identifying issues and opportunities and recommending appropriate solutions.

He focused on the design and implementation of Strategy-aligned organization at the enterprise level and defining the jobs and teams to deliver on the organization’s strategic objectives
