He worked as professor for Policy and Social Entrepreneurship in Jacobs University Bremen (Germany), after that he worked at HPI as Director of Coach Education and Global Development. After his HPI experience, he worked at Deutsche Telekom as Senior Co-Creation Catalyst Lead and now he come back to at HPI Academy as Director Education.
