After graduating from St. George Austrian High School in Istanbul, Zeynep Ege Dura continued her education at Boğaziçi University, Department of Political Science and International Relations and received her Master's degree in Business Administration from the same university. Dura started her professional career as a Marketing Specialist at the Coca Cola Company in 1998. After that, she started working as a Customer Relations Manager at Doğuş Publishing Group. Throughout her career, she assumed various marketing roles for many companies from different sectors, including BP and Philip Morris. She carried out studies on market and customer/consumer insights to increase the business volume of brands. After gaining a considerable marketing experience with these studies, she became one of the first members of the Turkish e-commerce community. Her career in e-commerce started as a Sales Director at Limango, where she focused on customers' digital footprint analyses. After that, Zeynep Ege Dura initiated national and international multi-channel applications for the companies Flo and Defacto. During her e-commerce experience of 7 years, she not only trained experienced human resources for the Turkish e-commerce sector but also supported the growth of companies that were still in the start-up phase.
Since 2018, Zeynep Ege Dura has been working as the Marketing, Business Development and Customer Experience Director at Edenred, which founded the global meal card sector and introduced the meal card system to Turkey with the Ticket Restaurant brand. In addition to her experience in traditional and digital marketing, she also gained experience in the fields of "B2B demand-customer creation" and tele-sales at Edenred.
