Akın Söylemez graduated from Istanbul Technical University Business Engineering Department in 1999. He has a master degree from Mimar Sinan University Statistics Department and Six Sigma Green Belt certificate. Akın Söylemez, who has been working as a manager in Fibabanka Human Resources System, Process and Data Analytics Unit since 2016, has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Prior to Fibabanka, he worked as an engineer and data analyst in various positions in the Human Resources departments of TEB, QNB Finansbank, HSBC, Türkiye Finans. Process improvement, performance management, HR data analytics, salary and bonus models are some of his areas of expertise.
