Erkan Yeniçare is the General Manager of Norm Digital. He is also an Executive Board Member and CIO of Norm Holding. He received Electronic Communication Engineering education and he took his engineering study to the business management dimension by obtaining an MBA degree. In his business life, he worked in leading institutions in their sectors such as Eczacıbaşı, Siemens, Dünyagöz Hospitals. For the last 10 years, he has been leading companies within the framework of P&L responsibility by performing senior management positions in sales, business development, operation and information technologies. After working as a factory manager at Norm Holding, his last workplace, he led the SAP transformation and significant strategic projects of the group. NORM SAP transformation, one of the largest national projects, has received many awards.

He has an excellent command of English language as well as a beginner’s level of German language. He has the 6 Sigma Black Belt certificate which is important in terms of Operational Excellence and Management Consulting. International companies Country and EMEA Region Leadership, increased growth with performance improvement, and increased turnover with new investments are among his achievements. He executed the digital transformations of the companies he led in a fast and efficient way. Combining the competencies he has acquired in information technologies with his experience in company management for many years and putting information technologies at the center for ensuring that they speak the same language has become one of his important competencies.
