Ezgi Demirdag is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, she joined McKinsey in 2007.

She focuses on organizational development, capability building topics focusing on future of work aspects. She has worked with multiple companies & institutions in Turkey and in the region, preparing their workforce for future through strategic workforce planning. In multiple settings, she included impact of automation & digitization, agile way of working, as well as productivity gains while preparing organizations for the future.

Ezgi is a graduate of Bogazici University, BA in Business Administration and has an MBA degree from Columbia Business School. She is the author of Future of Work Turkey report. (İşlerimizin Geleceği, 2020).
