Born in Ordu in 1984, Ferhat Zengin completed his primary and secondary education in Tekirdağ. After completing his undergraduate education at Istanbul Technical University, Geological Engineering and Marmara University Actuarial divisions, Zengin continued his postgraduate education in Bahçeşehir University, Human Resources Division. He started his career in 2007 and worked at Türk Telekom AssiTT, Ziylan Group of Companies and Ford Otosan, in several managerial positions as Human Resources Software Project Manager and Human Resources Manager. Ferhat Zengin, who is currently working as UyumHRM Senior Product and Sales Senior Manager at Uyumsoft, is married and has four children.
