Göl has a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and MSc in Industrial Engineering from Sabancı University and MBA from Sabancı University. He completed Sabancı University Industry Leaders Programme and still continues his studies in Istanbul Technical University Industrial Engineering Doctoral Programme. Göl started his consultancy career at Deloitte Turkey team in 2003, since 2019 he acts as Deloitte Consulting Services Leader and responsible partner for Deloitte Digital brand. He is also co-founder of DeloitteUP initiative, which tries to bring startups and institutions together and provides corporate innovation consultancy, and he is the Chairman of the Board of Futurists Association. He serves the leading institutions of Turkey; in digital strategy, customer experience design, development of digital assets and digital transformation areas.
