Mert Giray, who completed undergraduate education from Başkent University - Economics and his master degree from Middle East University - Business Admistiration, joined Akbank as a Management Trainee in 2010 and he worked in the Strategy Department between 2011 and 2019. In 2019, he joined the People and Culture team as an HR Lab Vice President.
