Özgür Özcan graduated from Sakarya University, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations Department in 2010 and completed MSC degree from the Bilgi University, Human Resources Management in 2016.

He started his professional career at ENKA Holding in 2010, as HR Specialist. He joined Kordsa in 2016 and served as HR Specialist between 2016-2020.

As of 2020 December, Ozcan was appointed as Global Reward and People Analytics Manager at Kordsa.
