Pınar Ilgaz began her career at Banking sector in 1989 at the credit assessment unit after completing Management Trainee Program. She worked in Vakıf Leasing in Finance department as an Asistant Manager. Ms. Ilgaz is the Managing Partner and management consultant at ARGE Consulting since 1995. Ilgaz, who has taken part in the management of many non-governmental organizations until today, is currently the Chair of the Corporate Volunteers Association; Independent Board Member at ŞOK Marketler, Ülker Bisküvi, and PENTA Teknoloji. She is co-author of the books entitled Sustainable Success Model, Corporate Governance Model, Change Management, and Management of Voluntary Organizations
