After graduating from Yildiz Technical University with a Mechanical Engineering degree, she continued her academic career with a Master of Business Administration degree in the same university. In 2012 she had been certified with the Organizational Psychology degree by Istanbul Bilgi University and by 2013 after finalizing all the necessary modules and the certification process of Coaching Training Institute (CTI), she gained the Co-Active Coaching Certificate accredited by ICF. Since 1997, she has been actively taking part in corporate life; firstly in Istanbul Bilgi University and respectively in IMCO, Festo Turkiye, Imperial Tobacco, Enerjisa-e.ON, Deloitte Turkiye and by 2022 in Udemy.

During her career; she is really fulfilled to be able to execute many projects around talent management, learning and development, performance management, Company Culture and Values with passion and great pleasure. Sports and social responsibility projects are the two drivers that take part in her life. She is married with two children.
